Mumbai-born A. A. Vora lives in Tokyo with her husband Shotaro, dog Fëanor, and newborn baby. A SPIN OF FATE, pitched as “Naruto meets The Golden Compass, featuring a hard magic system inspired by her Indian roots”, is her debut YA fantasy trilogy. Book 1 releases with Putnam Children’s in 2024. Outside of writing, she has worked in the management consulting and pharmaceutical companies, with a focus on digital transformation and change management in Japanese healthcare. She holds a Bachelor’s from Princeton University and a Master’s from the University of Cambridge.
