Anik McGrory is the author and illustrator of The Christmas Fox, Kidogo, and Quick, Slow, Mango!, and illustrated the Monty series, written by Johanna Hurwitz, among many other picture books. She has illustrated for Macy's, The Chicago Tribune, and the National Books Critics Circle. In addition to her work as an author and illustrator, Anik also works as a photographer. Anik lives in Westchester County, NY with her husband and three children, as well as her dog, Moxie, and her parrot, Puck.
