Delia C. Pitts is the author of the Ross Agency Mysteries, a contemporary noir series including Lost and Found in Harlem and Pauper and Prince in Harlem, and Trouble in Queenstown, the first installment in the Vandy Myrick mystery series. Delia is a former university administrator and U.S. diplomat. After working as a journalist, she earned a Ph.D. From the University of Chicago. She is an active member of Sisters in Crime and Crime Writers of Color. Her next novel, following small town African American private investigator Vandy Myrick, Death of an Ex, will be published by Minotaur in 2025.
