Jamie Harper, represented by Victoria Wells Arms, fell in love with picture books from reading so many to her children. Her first picture book was Don't Grown Ups Ever Have Fun?, and since then she's written and illustrated many other acclaimed books including Miss Mingo and The 100th Day of School, Miles to Go, and the Baby Bundt Board book series. Jamie lives with her husband and three daughters in a small town just outside of Boston, Massachusetts where her kids used to give her lots of ideas for stories but now, since they're older, she relies on her two bulldogs, Mabel and Louie, for inspiration.
