Melanie Heuiser Hill is a graduate of Hamline University’s MFA program in writing for children and young adults. Her debut novel, Giant Pumpkin Suite (Candlewick, 2017), was a Mathical Honor Book. When not writing, Melanie works at Winding Oak (www.windingoak.com) providing social media management for high-profile authors. She is also the author of the picture book Around the Table That Grandad Built (Candlewick, 2019).
